The Chestnut Grove softball team is off to an 8-0 start this season. The Trojans took a field trip to see the University of North Carolina Tar Heels play at Campbell University over the weekend. Chestnut Grove assistant coach Denise Tedder threw out the first pitch for the Camels; she starred on the softball and volleyball teams there.
